When should I book hotel rooms by?

Answer

Deposits to lock in your room reservations are due by March 5, 2025. Final payments for the rooms are due by July 2nd, 2025, in order to get the discounted room block rate. Rooms are first come first serve, so if more rooms are needed they can be added based on availability at the resort at that time. The added rooms will be at the best price available at the time those extra rooms are added.

How long should I book my stay?

Answer

A minimum 3-night stay is required to qualify for the room black rates. The room block prices start on October 21, 2025- October 28, 2025, so you can come as early as Tuesday (10/21) and stay as long as Tuesday (10/28) to receive the discounted rate. It is encouraged to at least arrive on October 23, 2025 and stay through October 25, 2025, in order to be at the pre and post wedding celebrations.

When should I book flights?

Answer

It is suggested to book flights at least 6 months before the wedding date. The travel team is available to assist in booking flights, only if requested by you. The travel team will be reaching out to all guests about 6 weeks before the wedding to get everyone's flight information, in order to start setting up transportation to and from the airport for all wedding guests.

Is transportation included to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes, transportation to and from the airport will be included in the room block hotel rates. If guests want to upgrade to Private transfers we recommend them speak to the travel team about the additional cost.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event (the only exception are the little ones in our wedding party/immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy this time off.

Is there a dress code?
