We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

We met working together at Mills Fleet Farm in 2008. Ashley transferred to the Waite Park store from the Baxter one. It was the height of Facebook; it had just opened up to the public instead of only for university students, and when you met someone, you added them as a friend. Neither recalls who sent the initial request, since they didn't really talk much as Ashley was in a relationship and thought John was a bit of a dork. (He still is, but Ashley is, too) Ashley ended up not liking the management at the Waite Park store and quit to focus on her final semester of her Bachelor's degree in Social Work. We saw each other a few times in the years that went by, thinking, "Oh, I used to work with him/her", but never said anything to one another. Fast forward to 2017. We are both single. John absent mindedly commented and liked three different posts of Ashley's on Facebook in a week's span. John does not recall this "I just liked things". Having nothing to lose, Ashley decided to send a message about one of his comments on a post about being crazy. We ended up messaging on Facebook daily until Ashley sent him her number, and John actually texted! After a couple weeks, Ashley still could not tell if John was interested or just being friendly, so she made the bold decision (with support of co-workers) to just text and ask him to meet for drinks. He accepted. We met at Blueline in Sartell and hit it off. Two years later we were engaged :)
