No, we are having the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception all in the same venue! Less time to travel and more time for fun! Our venue is also indoors so we do not have to worry about the weather.
We recommend being at the venue for the ceremony by 6:00 pm, and no later than 6:15 pm.
Each of our guests have the option to bring a plus one except if your names are specifically listed (ex. Steven and Karen) which should encompass your guest, therefore you would not be able to bring an additional guest.
Unless specified otherwise by the bride or groom, we politely ask that your children stay home.
We ask that you RSVP to the wedding by Saturday, October 5th.
Yes! There will be a shuttle service running between the hotel and the venue. The shuttles will leave at 5:40 pm and 6:05 pm to bring guests to the venue. They will be waiting to transport guests back to the hotel as they wish to leave.
There is plenty of parking at the venue or you can park at the hotel 5 minutes away and use the provided shuttle service.
We kindly ask that you try to limit your phone use during the ceremony to be in the moment with us, but absolutely take pictures throughout the night during other times of the wedding and you are more than welcome to share them on social media and with us!
We will be serving a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour including a variety of options with and without meat followed by a sit down dinner with your choice of 3 entree options including beef, fish, and vegetarian. To end the night, there will be a variety of pastries including muffins, pie tarts, donuts, and more as well as a Ben and Jerry's cart for you to get a scoop of your favorite ice cream!
Our wedding menu will not encompass foods with peanuts or tree nuts, but we will be serving other allergens such as gluten, dairy, and possibly more, so please give us a heads up so we can accommodate to your needs and let the kitchen staff know!
Our wedding is formal or black tie optional, so tuxes, suits, floor length gowns, cocktail dresses, or pant suits are all great!
