** It is recommended to be at the venue no later than 6:15 pm. **
Shuttle services will be leaving from the hotel at 5:40 pm and 6:05 pm to bring guests from the hotel to the venue.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
Cocktail hour will run from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options such as water and soda will be served along with passed appetizers.
Dinner will begin at 8:30 pm.
The reception will conclude at 12:00 am, although guests are able to leave as desired as shuttles will be waiting outside the venue to bring guests back to the hotel at whatever time they choose.
