INFORMATION ON BOOKING YOUR ALL INCLUSIVE STAY

To All of our Family and Friends: Attached above, please find information regarding the resort where Mara & Azhante are getting married. The prices include room rates, all you can eat and drink, 24hr room service, and shuttle transportation to and from the airport. There are several different room categories, and you can pick any of the rooms listed in the quote. I have a block of 25 rooms reserved, which include 15 Marina Views, 5 Junior Suites and 5 Junior Suite Ocean View. If you want to reserve one of the rooms/suites, I will need to know the room category, your arrival and departure dates, exact names (of what appears on passport) of all individuals staying in the room, and DOB of all individuals. Kim needs all of this information when you pay your first deposit to hold your room. I will need a deposit of $200 per person to reserve your room by OCTOBER 15th, 2022 and a credit card authorization form on file in order to charge your card for the deposit and future payments. I will need full payment by MARCH 18th, 2023! Contact Kim, if you have any questions. BOOK YOUR OWN FLIGHTS!

You will FLY IN/OUT of SJD airport! Every Saturday, between the time of 6am & noon, airfare prices go on sale. It is the cheapest time to book! Tuesday’s, is the cheapest day to fly out on. **Learned from a flight attendant** *Once you have booked your flights, please send your flight itinerary to Kim, as she will make arrangements for the shuttle. Please send no later than when final payment is due on March 18th.
