Best Man
Best friends since high school; bonding over music, tv, movies, and podcasts. At one point “The Coop and Nick Show” (working title) was planned to be the biggest breakout podcast of the late 2000s. Cooper has always been wise beyond his years and someone I’ve looked up to. He’s without a doubt “the best man”.
Maid of Honor
How lucky am I to have a best friend and little sister all in one? We like to say we're twins that were just born 2.5 years apart (and trust me, we've gotten ourselves mixed up in enough pictures to justify it). She's truly been there for it all- from middle school acne and fighting over 'who started it' to family vacations, dancing in the Nutcracker together, and that first excited phone call saying "Jessie, I met a boy. His name is Nick".
Groomsman
With a childhood filled with bickering and backyard wrestling, who would have thought these two end up best buds? Although he’s the taller and stronger brother, he’s affectionately known as “Nick Herbert’s little brother”- so make sure to put him in his place if his ego gets too big.
Bridesmaid
Random roommates freshman year of college at the University of Redlands in 2014, and we've been glued at the hip ever since. In fact, we had so much fun living together in the dorms that we chose to be roommates once again 6 years later when we found ourselves both living and working in Seattle. Brigid was there the night Nick and I met, and for every step along the way- and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Groomsman
The story of how we met has become a treasured fable. To keep a long story short, without “Nick and Nathan” there would be no “Nick and Katie”. Nathan’s been with us every step of the way; the first to say “you’re going to marry her” after our first date. He’s right about a lot of things, but this has been my favourite time to admit “you were right”.

Belle may have been Nick's sister first, but now I get to steal her! She's my greatest adventure buddy- from Las Vegas for NYE 2022 to skydiving together in Wollongong, Australia- and we're only just getting started. Even though we live on opposite sides of the planet, she's never failed to make me feel like a part of the family. I feel so lucky to have gained not only another sister, but another best friend.
Groomsman
We’ve bonded over simple pleasures in life like sports and automatic espresso machines, but no matter the subject, we always end up chatting for hours. Without fail, a quick meetup to watch a football game takes the day (and night) away. The one time Jacoby decided to leave “early” he ended up with a broken leg. Coincidence or karma?

Dylan and I met when I transferred to the University of Portland in 2017 for nursing school. We lived in a small, run down house called the Yak Shack (imagine bandaids on leaky ceilings and bathrooms with no doorknobs). I brought boxed wine as a housewarming gift and we never looked back! Whether it was walking to class in the rain, camping trips, or cycle classes, we did it together and we were probably laughing.

What’s the easiest way to become friends? Spend three months in a casino together for work. We spent way too many work hours chatting about everything, but especially a focus on the latest marvel movies, which then lead to heated debates with the entire office (sorry Evan)! It’s safe to say we had a roller coaster few years as colleagues that has left a lasting impression on what it means to “work” when you’re working with Sean.

Hailey and I met at the University of Portland in 2017. We also lived together in the Yak Shack after a friend of mine from high school introduced us. Our first time hanging out outside the house was at a Blazer game, and little did we know that would be the first of many games together! Fast forward 7 years and Hailey and I are closer than ever, and both living in Seattle. I couldn't be happier to have her nearby for this next chapter.
Groomsman
During our university years, we were inseparable. Whether it was late night gaming sessions, turning up late to class, or a prank war that ultimately resulted in both of our cars being vandalised; we did everything together and had a blast the entire time.

Besties since the 1st grade! Remi peeled me off the bench at recess one day when I was alone and she's been my biggest supporter ever since- including the time in high school I wanted to buy chocolate cake for lunch. This friendship is going on 22 years- through different schools (not once, but twice throughout K-12), different colleges, living in different states, and learning to be long distance besties. Bring on the next 20 years.
