Please RSVP by May 1, 2026, so we can provide our vendors with an accurate guest count! We kindly ask that all responses be submitted by this date, if we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll sadly have to mark you as unable to attend.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we want everyone to be part of the special moment! Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM so you have time to find your seat. Anyone arriving after the ceremony begins will be invited to join us at cocktail hour afterward.
We kindly ask that guests wear semi-formal attire. Our wedding will take place in the middle of summer, and while we understand the warmth, please note that the reception will be held indoors. In keeping with the season, we’d love for everyone to embrace soft, pastel colors—we want you to look as wonderful as we feel! Ladies: please wear a midi- to floor-length dress (feel free to reach out if you’d like some inspiration—girl to girl!). We ask that you avoid wearing white or mostly white attire, and please save sage green for the bridal party. Gentlemen: we ask that you wear dress pants and a dress shirt (no short sleeves, please). A jacket is encouraged, though not required—we know it’s not everyone’s favorite!
Due to our venue’s capacity, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If a plus one has been extended, it will be noted when you go to RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!
Although we absolutely love all of your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. Think of it as the perfect excuse for a well-deserved date night!
There’s plenty of parking at the venue, so you’re more than welcome to drive! If you’ll be celebrating with a few drinks, we definitely recommend grabbing an Uber or Lyft from your hotel if you’re staying close by. Cars can be left overnight—just make sure to pick them up by 8:30 AM on 6/26/26.
Check out our “Travel” tab for a list of highly rated hotels! There are plenty of great options within 20 minutes of the venue, so you’ll have no trouble finding the perfect spot to stay.
If you have any food allergies, please be sure to note them in the RSVP section when prompted. We want to make sure our caterer knows ahead of time so everyone can enjoy the meal safely!
We kindly ask that no phones be used during our ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment with us as we say “I do.” We’ve hired both a photographer and videographer to capture everything beautifully—so you can relax, enjoy, and relive it all later without any screens in the way! Please take all the photos and videos you’d like before the ceremony begins and during cocktail hour and the reception. Thank you so much for helping us keep this moment special and intimate.
In the days leading up to the wedding, feel free to text or call us directly — we’re happy to help with anything you need! However, on the day of the wedding, we’ll be a bit busy soaking it all in and may not be able to respond. If you need anything that day, please reach out to our amazing Maids of Honor, Ella and Libby. You can text or call them at: Ella: 941-914-3643 Libby: 941-306-7275 They’ll be in the loop and ready to help!
