We have a block of discounted rooms reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway for Saturday night. Please use the link below to book a room within in our block. If you are staying only one night, you will need to click “Edit Stay” on the top right corner of the booking page to adjust the dates. Please let us know if you have any trouble booking. **We recommend booking your room(s) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Due to the large number of popular wedding venues in the vicinity, the hotel frequently sells out on weekends. Booking early allows us to expand our block to accommodate more guests. Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

June 6, 2026 5:00 pm - 11:30 pm

There will be a shuttle provided from the Hilton hotel to the venue, leaving promptly at 5:00 on Saturday evening. A shuttle will also be available back to the hotel at the end of the reception. If you plan to use the shuttle, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure there is a seat reserved for you. **Please note: the Hilton’s regular check-in time is 4:00pm. We recommend requesting early check-in if you anticipate needing more time to get ready.

Driving

The venue offers free valet service if you choose to drive yourself. Please note: any cars left in the parking lot must be picked up by 11am Sunday morning to avoid being towed. **If you plan to drive yourself to the venue and take the shuttle home, we cannot guarantee there will be room for you on the shuttle home if you do not let us know in your RSVP.

A Note About Ride Shares

Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are very scarce in the vicinity of the venue. We do not recommend relying on these services as your means of transportation for the weekend. If you must use a ride share service, we recommend scheduling your ride in advance to ensure there is a car for you - especially if you plan to use these services to leave the venue at the end of the night.
