Shuttles for Welcome Party

May 22, 2026 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Shuttles will be running every 20 mins from each hotel to the Welcome Party starting at 7:30pm through 8:30pm. Please note, pick-up from the Equinox will be behind the hotel in the Back Parking Lot (Spa Circle). Return Shuttles to Equinox, Taconic, and Hampton Hotels begin at 9pm through 10:30pm.

Shuttles for Ceremony

May 23, 2026 4:30 pm - 4:45 pm

One bus will be departing from each hotel, Equinox, Taconic, and Hampton Inn at 4:45pm to Hildene. Please note, pick-up from the Equinox will be behind the hotel in the Back Parking Lot (Spa Circle). Return shuttles back to hotels begin at 9pm with final departure from venue at 11:30pm.

Buses will depart from Hildene to the After Party at Mulligan's at 11:30pm. Continuous return shuttles from Mulligan's to the Equinox, Hampton Inn, and Taconic will run from 12 to 1:45am.
