Please kindly RSVP no later than Saturday, March 15, 2025, so we can ensure every detail of our celebration is perfect for you.
We would be delighted to have you join us in dressing up for the occasion! Our wedding dress code is formal. We kindly request that men wear suits or dress slacks with button-up shirts and ties, while women choose elegant floor length or midi length dresses. Our reception will be held on grass, so it is advisable that women choosing to wear heels, opt for a wedge or block heel. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory, denim, sneakers, or flip-flops.
Due to limitations in space and budget, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate additional plus ones. If you are permitted to bring a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation. When completing your RSVP, please be sure to RSVP for both you and your guest, so we can provide our vendors an accurate guest count.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception dinner, along with dancing, will all be held outdoors. While we anticipate pleasant weather, we recommend being prepared for a temperature drop once the sun goes down.
If you choose to drive, complimentary parking will be provided. Our venue permits overnight parking for cars, provided they are collected by noon the next day. Additionally, our location is conveniently situated near town, making Uber and Lyft excellent choices for transportation to and from our wedding.
We love all your little ones, but it's essential for us to maintain an accurate guest count. Consequently, children who have received special invitations will be specifically noted on the invite, or the invitation will state "family of." For those invitations labeled "family of," all immediate family members have already been accounted for.
As the ceremony is set to commence at 4:00 PM, we warmly suggest arriving by 3:30 PM to ensure you have a seat. Guests arriving after the ceremony has started, will need to wait until the cocktail hour to participate in wedding festivities.
We hope everyone can fully immerse themselves in the moment with us, so we will be holding an unplugged ceremony. During this time, photos, videos, and the use of cell phones will not be allowed. Once cocktail hour begins, you're welcome to capture the rest of day's events, but please remember to share your photos or videos with the bride or groom!
