I'm coming from out of town! What's the best place for me to stay for the weekend?

Answer

Same! The wedding, along with some casual daytime hangs (spikeball! basketball! general beach hangs), will be taking place at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa. We have a discounted room block there, which you can access by visiting Travel page on the website. If you'd like to stay somewhere else for any reason, there's tons of hotels in the area, some even in walking distance so feel free to do your own thing.

When should I get to Florida?

Answer

Our wedding is on Sunday, January 15th (it's a 3-day weekend for most), so if you can only come for one night, that's the one! But if you can make it in earlier, we'll be having a beach BBQ the night before and some casual welcome drinks on Friday night for anyone that's around. Basically, the fun starts Friday night (and will continue all throughout the weekend), but do whatever works best for you. We'll be happy no matter when you get there!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Attire for our wedding is Tropical Formal (yes, that's something we made up) - what does that mean exactly? Formal attire with a tropical twist - we want to encourage bright colors, bold prints and fun florals (let's make this party POP!). Woman should aim for mid to full length dresses and men should opt for suits & ties but maybe make that tie a fun pattern, or add a lil pop of color with a pocket square!
