Take a Hike!

Sewanee has more than 60 miles of hiking trails across the campus. While you may not have enough time for all of them, we highly recommend trying to fit in at least one! Here's a list of some of the best hikes around the Domain!

Sewanee Village

Enjoy "Downtown Sewanee" - have breakfast at the Blue Chair, Lunch at Lunch, a beer at Tavern, or pop into Lemon Fair for cute gifts.

High Point Restaurant

Rumored to have been built in 1929 and financed by Al Capone, High Point's talented chefs, delectable creations, and charismatic and courteous service make this restaurant an incredible “getaway” on the mountain.

The Course at Sewanee

A nine-hole golf course on campus with beautiful bluff views. Call the pro shop for details and to book a tee time. Make sure to check out Green's View Grill for a burger and a beer after playing!
