We ask that you RSVP by April 1, 2025. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date listed, it will be marked as a "No." We have to provide a final guest count to our venue and cannot accept a late RSVP. We hope you understand!
If you have any major dietary restrictions, please contact Ceara.
Due to space limitations, we regretfully ask our guests to not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. If your plus one is unable to attend, please reach out to the bride before bringing an alternative guest in their place.
We were able to secure a handful of rooms at The Sewanee Inn. If you would like to stay in a hotel, we recommend Jim Oliver's Smoke House. If you prefer a house rental, you can visit https://new.sewanee.edu/alumni/accommodations/ or Airbnb.
We ask that guests arrive at the Inn between 4 and 4:25, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.
Because of Sewanee's isolating charm, there are no ride-share options. Uber and Lyft will not make it up the mountain. We suggest that you carpool with your friends.
The charm of Sewanee is its isolation. Cell phone service is sparse, and some services work better than others. We wanted our favorite people to have a warning for that. If you're worried about that, please reach out to either Ceara or Henry.
If you have either of our numbers, please give us a ring. If not we can be reached by email at ceara.henry.ray@gmail.com.
Our dress code for the wedding is Semi-Formal, meaning tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The bride asks that no one wears anything pink, white, or green as they are the colors of the wedding.
