A beautifully restored Beaux-Arts landmark in the heart of downtown, Denver's Union Station blends historic charm with vibrant energy. Stop in for a drink, a bite, or simply to take in one of Denver’s most iconic gathering spaces. Henry's office is just down the block at 1550 Wynkoop.
Denver Botanic Gardens
A Denver institution built on a former cemetery. Check out the hundreds of glowing pumpkins on display during Glow at the Gardens.
History Colorado Center
Chrissy’s favorite spot in all of Denver. While you’re on the main level near the school entrance, look for the wooden bench dedicated in tribute to Lee Clement—Chrissy’s grandma and a proud Denverite.
Museum of Contemporary Art Denver
A fabulous, perfectly sized museum—you can easily see the whole thing in one visit. Be sure to check out the rooftop café.
Tattered Cover Book Store & Café Colfax
One of Denver’s most beloved independent bookstores, Tattered Cover is a cozy, quintessential stop for book lovers. With its warm, inviting spaces and thoughtfully curated shelves, it’s the perfect place to wander, discover a new read, and soak in a little local charm.
Washington Park
The second-largest park in Denver, Washington Park is where we had our first date—and where Henry proposed.
Confluence Park
Confluence Park is where Denver comes together—right at the meeting of Cherry Creek and the South Platte River, with a front-row seat to the city skyline. From here, hop on the Cherry Creek Trail for an easy, scenic walk or bike ride that winds through downtown and beyond.
Denver Milk Market
A lively downtown food hall, the Milk Market has something for everyone, from tacos and pasta to pizza, coffee, and cocktails. Be sure to grab a beer from Westbound & Down, one of Chrissy and Henry’s favorite microbreweries, wander through the activated shared alley, and check out Poka Lola Social Club—Henry worked on the design!
Schoolyard Beer Garden
A strong contender for our wedding venue—and it’s easy to see why. Set in a beautiful historic school house, it’s great at any hour of the day, whether you’re grabbing coffee, a meal, a beer, or their amazing frosé.
