Please arrive by 4 p.m. Seating is first come, first served. Early arrivals will have the best seats!
Jazzy and classy—but not stuffy. Please no jeans or athletic shoes. Tie optional.
Your invitation will indicate whether a plus-one has been included. If you have questions, please check in with Chrissy.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few family members. Our venue is not especially kid-friendly, and we hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. We know arranging childcare can be an extra challenge for traveling guests, so we’re assembling a list of trusted local babysitters to help attendees coordinate care for the night. Please reach out to Chrissy if you’d like to receive the list or discuss options further.
Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions! Our menu will include gluten-free and vegan options, but it’s very helpful for us to know about any specific concerns or needs in advance.
We are arranging a shuttle service to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back.
There is no on-site parking at the venue; we strongly recommend using rideshare or taking the shuttle between the Warwick and the venue. For those who prefer to drive, the best option is the Coors Field overflow lot at Blake and 27th—just a short two-block walk away.
A welcome reception will be held Friday evening for family, members of the wedding party, and their guests. This event is limited to those specifically invited. Beyond that, the wedding weekend is intentionally relaxed and unstructured. If you’re looking for ideas while you’re in town, please visit the Things to Do page on this site.
