Although improving steadily, the concerned parties are not quite at 100% and unfortunately do not plan to attend the wedding events. Their presence will be sorely missed by the bride and groom.
Masks are currently required within St. Augustine for all attendees per Philadelphia guidelines. If you do not have one, masks will be provided by the bride and groom. Masks will also be available at the welcome celebration and wedding reception for those interested. As these events are outdoors, masking is at your own discretion.
We love your kids, we really do, however we want you to take the night off. If needed childcare services can be arranged through the helpful staff at the Loews Hotel.
As long as you’d like! The Loews will have reserved rooms for the evenings of September 4th through 5th, but feel free to stay a while and enjoy the long weekend.
The welcome party is an evening cocktail event on the water. The wedding ceremony is mid-day in a Catholic church, dress accordingly. The wedding reception is formal/black-tie optional. You can wear a tux gents if your heart so desires, but a nice suit will also suffice. Ladies can wear anything from a refined cocktail dress to a formal floor length gown as long as it's NOT white.
Yes! Loews Hotels was the first national hotel chain to launch a pet program with the introduction of Loews Loves Pets in 2000. The program treats four-legged friends like VIPs (Very Important Pets), providing amenities that include a special pet room-service menu along with a list of local pet services, pet toys, bedding and more.
If you opt to drive into Philadelphia, valet parking is available at the Loews Hotel for $55/night.
We would love to create memories that last a lifetime with a digital scrapbook of our wedding events. To help us out, whenever posting photos or comments on social media please use our hashtag #hennellyeverafter.
We are still working on figuring that one out. If you have any insider information, please share it with the bride and groom, we are dying to know.
