Guest arrival: 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM
Ceremony begins: Approximately 5:00 PM
Reception begins: Approximately 6:00 PM
Last call: 10:45 PM
We're having a very loosely organized event, clearly!
Between 3:00 PM and 4:45 PM we're offering for guests to come explore the sprawling property and mingle. We'll be providing champagne and charcuterie for everyone to enjoy. There is no pressure to show up at 3 o'clock promptly, but we request that guests who wish to be present for the ceremony arrive before 4:45 PM!
After the ceremony we'll be having a short period for photography, by which time everyone can begin moving back to The Lodge for the reception, charcuterie and champagne will still be available.
Dinner and dessert will be provided at the reception, and there may be a couple speeches and a cake cutting ceremony. After that it's a free for-all! Games, music, a dance floor, a bar, a few fire pits, and more than 300 acres of hiking are at your disposal!
