A guestroom block has been arranged for Saturday June 21st 2025. The preferred room rate for the base guestroom type (King/Double Queen) will be extended at $219 per night. Guests interested in accommodations for the night prior to your wedding date would be extended the preferred rate. Guestroom Block Details: Guestrooms will be held until 45 days prior to the wedding day, May 7th. Taxes and fees are not included in above provided rates. Upgraded room types are available at preferred rates based of the above quoted rates. Guestroom and public space internet is complimentary. Above rates are based on single or double occupancy, additional adult fee is $25 per guest to a maximum of 4. Parking: $15.95 per night in the secure, climate controlled, underground parking garage. Guests have full access to our fitness center, indoor and seasonal outdoor pool, whirlpools, saunas and Zone525 games room Check-in Time: 4:00 pm Check-out Time: 11:00 am Cancellation Policy: 24 hours in advance, by 4pm the day prior to arrival. If cancellations are made after 4:00 pm on the day prior to arrival, Brookstreet reserves the right to charge for one nights accommodation plus taxes Early Check-in: due to forecasted occupancy levels we are unable to offer early check-in. In order to secure a room for early check-in we suggest booking the night prior.
