Keep in mind if you are going to use the shuttle service, (not required- you are welcome to drive if you wish) please answer the prompt with your location and number of guests that will be taking the shuttle (please ensure your lodging is shuttle friendly- see travel page).

Yes, please bring a valid photo ID if you plan to drink alcohol. While it’s a celebration, the bar staff will be following New York State law, which requires them to check ID. We’d hate for anyone to miss out on a toast—so better safe than sorry!
If you book an AirBnb/rental that is within the shuttle radius, please include the address where you will be staying with your RSVP. Shuttles will pick you up and drop you off from your location. The transportation company will create a route and everyone will receive a time to be outside. Please be ready to head out the door at your allotted time so that the trip can run smoothly. At the end of the night, the shuttles will come back to the venue to take you home.
Unless listed on your invite, we respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! :)
As much as we would love to have as many people as possible we unfortunately are unable to add anymore guests for our capacity. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Semi formal/cocktail attire. No jeans! Please note our venue is a blend of outdoor and indoor locations (our ceremony will take place in a pine grove.) We suggest sensible shoes and something cozy to put on if it gets chilly. Outdoor heaters will be located throughout and the indoor two-level carriage barn will be nice and warm especially with all the dancing we'll be doing.
Due to us having a destination wedding, we do ask to plan for early arrival so that you don't miss our ceremony. If you do arrive after the ceremony begins we do ask that you wait until after the ceremony to join us at cocktail hour instead so there are no interruptions.
Our wedding venue is very unique in that it will be a mixture of both outdoors and indoors. A good portion is outdoors so please dress appropriately and wear good shoes! The ceremony will takes place in a pine grove, cocktail hour will follow at an open air pavilion, dinner under an open air terrace, and finally dancing in the carriage barn. Once the dance party wraps up in the barn, there will be a bonfire finale :) There will be space heaters throughout to ensure all of our guests stay warm. Though each location to the next is walkable, there will be two 6-person carts on site to drive guests from each location for those who desire. Yes! Guests enter and leave the property through the main entrance on 615 County Road 41, where a parking attendant will welcome you. If you are utilizing the shuttles please see our travel tab to book a shuttle friendly location and also let us know the location and number of guests when you RSVP! We will hunt you down if you don't :)
