Guests are respectfully requested to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony. After turning off Bavaria Road, proceed to the second left, where you will see a blue sign reading ‘Woodland Glasshaus: Event Parking + Venue Entrance.’ Please note that the parking lot is shared with a neighboring venue, Aquestria West. Guests for our venue are instructed to park on the side of the parking lot near the road. Once arrived, you will follow a short, paved path to access the entrance to the venue. If you or someone in your party would prefer not to walk the path, a closer drop-off option is available. Please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom for further directions—we’re happy to help!

Ride Share ServicesRide Share Services
Please note that rideshare services in the Chaska area are limited, particularly later in the evening. Based on guidance from our venue coordinator, we recommend that guests do not rely on securing a rideshare at the end of the event. If you anticipate needing transportation, we strongly encourage arranging a ride in advance. Pre-scheduling Uber/Lyft or coordinating shared rides with other guests are great options to ensure a timely return. Our venue allows vehicles to be left on site until 11:00 am the following morning.
