Please RSVP by July 7th. Timely responses are greatly appreciated and will help us plan the best celebration possible.

Answer

Due to venue capacity, plus ones are limited to those specifically indicated on invitations and RSVPs. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal wedding attire.

Guests are respectfully requested to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, please arrive after 5:30 as we transition into the cocktail hour.

Please note that the parking lot is shared with a neighboring venue, Aquestria West. Guests for our venue are instructed to park on the side of the parking lot near the road. Follow the signs indicating ‘Woodland Glasshaus: Event Parking + Venue Entrance.’

Our wedding will be held inside a greenhouse-style venue with access to outdoor patio spaces during cocktail hour and the reception. Although indoors, the ceremony space can become quite warm in summer months, so we recommend dressing with the heat in mind. All event spaces are paved.

Cocktail hour will include passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner service is buffet style, featuring a selection of salads, beef and chicken entrées, classic sides, and assorted desserts provided by D'Amico.

Beer, wine, and soda will be hosted through dinner. Afterward, guests are welcome to continue enjoying drinks from a cash bar during the reception.
