To kick off the wedding weekend, the Bride and Groom are planning to start the weekend on the world famous Rainey Street for some music and drinks. If you’ll be in town on Thursday and feel like joining the celebration a little early, we’d love to see you! It’s an open invite and in no way necessary, but feel free to stop by if you'd like! Banger's is known for their 300+ beers on tap! They also have bar food, sandwiches and BBQ!

We’ve secured a new place! Please join us for a fun evening of drinks, music, and catching up as we kick off the wedding weekend. There are multiple doors to the venue so look for our sign out front! The specific area we have reserved is called The Secret Garden! Once you are in please come see the Bride and Groom for a bar ticket, the first drink is on us! We can’t wait to see everyone and celebrate together before the main event! There will be be 2 food trucks on site to purchase food, La Taquicardia and B. Cooper’s BBQ! If you want something easy to eat before (or after) the event, right down the road is NADC Burger. Please note, there is no parking/parking lot at this venue. There is off street parking and a parking garage right around the corner at Saltillo 420 Waller St, Austin, TX 78702. There is also a parking lot down the street at 1109 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78702. Feel free to walk or Uber/Lyft if you’d like as ride shares are readily available on the east side.

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

We will be providing round-trip transportation from the Austin Marriott Downtown to the venue! Shuttles arrive at 3:15pm & will begin loading guests from 3:20pm–3:45pm. They will be parked along San Jacinto & the valet staff at the Marriott can assist. Travel time can vary from 30–45 minutes depending on traffic and weather. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm on the lawn, with an indoor reception to follow. Please plan to arrive with ample time to enjoy a welcome drink, mingle, and find your seat! Cocktail hour is from 5:30pm–6:45pm with passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner begins around 7:00pm and dancing will follow! Shuttles will be available at the end of the night to return to the Austin Marriott Downtown or to The Eleanor for continued fun! One departs at 9:30pm to the Marriott. The remaining 3 shuttles will depart at the conclusion of the reception at 11:00pm. Two shuttles will go to The Eleanor and one to the Marriott. Buses will be clearly marked, and staff will assist.

Sunday Sendoff

Before we say goodbye, join us for a casual Sunday sendoff to wrap up the weekend! Stop by for coffee, drinks, or a bite to eat from one of their food trucks (Pueblo Viejo has breakfast tacos!). We’d love to see you before we all part ways!
