What precautions are in place for COVID-19?

Answer

We are asking all guests to wear a face covering when inside the venue and when social distancing isn't possible. The ceremony, cocktail hour and part of the reception will be held outside, weather permitting. When we are inside for dinner tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart. We are using a seating plan for dinner to keep families and groups together to limit risk of spread! Dinner will be buffet style, but will be served by catering staff. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue.

What if I am concerned about attending due to COVID-19 but still want to see the wedding?

Answer

We completely understand if guests do not want to attend an in-person wedding because of Coronavirus concerns. Because of this, we will be posting an online link to watch the ceremony from the safety of your home. If you received an invite to attend the in-person wedding but would rather watch online please RSVP that you will not be attending.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both events will be at Winter Wood Farm in Sparta, NC. For directions to the venue please see the travel page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We don't have a specific dress code, but please no blue jeans and t-shirts. Make sure to check the weather and dress accordingly, it might be cold on the mountain!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your significant other was addressed on the invitation please do not bring them to the wedding. Normally the more the merrier, but in the time of COVID-19 we are limiting amount of guests in attendance. Thank you for understanding.
