As you probably know, Helen grew up in Richmond so there may be too many things to include on this list! But if we had a free weekend in Richmond, here are a few things we would do!
Belle Isle Walk
Richmond, VA
Gorgeous walk on the river downtown! You start near Brown's Island and if you go Saturday you might even get to see a peak of the vendors setting up as our venue, Tredegar, is just near by!
Virginia Museum of Fine Arts

Always worth a trip to the VMFA! You can check out what they have on exhibit for the weekend or just walk through the sculpture garden.
Scott's Addition Historic District Breweries

Scott's Addition neighborhood has more than one brewery every single block! It is a really fun place to bop around and try all those super crafty craft ales!
Carytown
Richmond, VA 23221
Cute shopping street just west of The Fan and a few blocks south of the VMFA. Tons of places to grab coffee, lunch, and pop into cute shops!
