Like any wedding, you’ll want to choose something lovely to wear! Latin Mass weddings, however, might have a more specific dress code than what you’re used to. Some things you’ll want to avoid are short skirts or dresses, low-cut tops, open-backs, and sheer material. Skirts and dresses should flow effortlessly past your knees. For more details, simply refer to the 'Dress Code' section
Though it is unlikely you'll find the "pants police" at the Latin Mass, it is recommended that women wear modest and feminine attire such as dresses and skirts
The dress code and modesty guidelines apply to both the ceremony and the reception!
Though it is not a requirement for a woman to cover one's head during Mass, the things most sacred in the parish are veiled. Women, with their beautiful ability to bear children, possess a sort of sacredness that men do not. If all things sacred in the parish are veiled, then it is fitting that women, too, are veiled!
"A Catholic church is a holy place. Our Lord dwells there as He dwells nowhere else except in heaven. In keeping with the holiness of this place we ask that you refrain from talking before the wedding ceremony and Mass, and from clapping and cheering after Mass. This may be done once you've exited the church" -The Priests at Saint Anne
"Only contracted photographers and videographers are permitted to take pictures and videos in the church. It is recommended that all others refrain from bringing their devices into church. Pictures with wedding party members and family members may be taken in the courtyard or in front of the church" -The Priests at Saint Anne
Parking at the church is limited, so we encourage you to reserve a little extra time for finding a space. There is a small lot on the left side of the church. When that reaches capacity, parishioners regularly use street parking along the nearby houses or the elementary school. Please do not block driveways or park within the fenced back alley.
