What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please Arrive by 4:00pm - The Ceremony and entrance doors will close at 4:30pm Sharpe. If you're late, please wait in the lobby until the Ceremony is over. You can join the party up on the 3rd floor once Cocktail hour starts around 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

As we celebrate our special day in elegant black-tie style, we would be honored if you would consider joining our color theme by wearing black attire. While this is not mandatory, your participation would add to the sophisticated atmosphere we're creating for our celebration. Whether you choose a classic black dress, suit, or formal wear, your presence will contribute to the enchanting ambiance of our evening. However, please know that we value your comfort and presence above all else, and we want you to feel your best as you celebrate with us. Your consideration of our theme is greatly appreciated, but most importantly, we look forward to sharing this magical day with you. Summary: Anything black you feel comfortable in. Preferably something you already own. Great opportunity to re-wear your black dress!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

We are pleased to inform you that Science North offers ample free parking, and you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight if needed. Please keep in mind that Science North is open to the public during the day, so the parking lot may be a bit busy upon your arrival. We recommend allowing yourself extra time to find parking and ensure a smooth arrival at our celebration.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, we do not have transportation provided to and from the hotel, as the majority of our guests reside throughout the Sudbury area. However, Sudbury offers convenient options for your travel needs. You can use U-ride or the Aaron's Taxi app to book your travels. You have the option to book your transportation in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience on our special day.
