Join us for a welcome party with tacos, tamales and drinks! Please note, this event is located appox. 20 min walking (5 min drive) from the hotel.
3:15 pm - 3:30 pm
Transportation to the venue will be provided via vans (12-13 guests per van), from both the Beach House and the Downtown House. They will arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the 3:30pm departure time and will have our names. The venue is approximately a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Please plan to arrive on time, as buses will depart promptly at 3:30 PM.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Villa Formal Attire: Think elegant and elevated! We’re asking guests to wear formal attire appropriate for an outdoor celebration. Ladies: Floor-length or formal cocktail/mid-length dresses. Please avoid sundresses or casual wear. Gentlemen: Suits or tailored trousers with a blazer. Ties are optional, but please no khakis or polo shirts. Thank you for dressing up with us!

Transportation back to the hotel will be provided via vans (12–13 guests per van). One van will depart at 11:00 PM, with the remaining vans departing at 12:00 AM. If you need to leave earlier, our wedding planner, Nancy, will be happy to help arrange a taxi day of at your own cost. Please bring cash/pesos if you are planning on arranging your own transportation.

As part of our hotel block, we received 30 minutes of complimentary beer and vodka drinks at the UMI Bar (Hyatt Centric Downtown House), along with two cabanas. Please join us if you’d like - no pressure at all. We want you to fully enjoy your vacation as well!
