Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 8th, 2026. This gives us enough time to finalize head counts, seating, catering, and any last-minute details with our vendors.

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We apologize for any inconvenience!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be Summer Formal Garden Party Attire! We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. For the ladies; think floor-length, tea-length, or midi cocktail dresses in summery hues. Color and glamour is welcomed and encouraged. If possible, please kindly stay away from dark tones like black, maroon, or brown. For the gents; come dressed in your favorite suit or tux. Light shades like beige, peach, and light grey are encouraged to keep things summery and fresh. Of course, if classic black is your staple, that is perfect too!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As much as we would love for everyone to come, we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity. We can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us! We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can we take our own photos + videos throughout the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged so we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no photos or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos + videos throughout the course of the cocktail hour and reception! This is such a special day for us + we have an amazing photography and videography team documenting our entire day that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!

Will the wedding take place outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour on the patio and a reception with dinner and dancing to follow indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us - get ready to celebrate! However, we do ask that you refrain from bringing any outside alcohol into the venue. Please drink responsibly!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to find parking and get seated.

Question

What are the lodging arrangements?

Answer

We will have room blocks at hotels near the wedding venue with a shuttle service to and from the venue. You can find all of the information listed under the "Travel" tab.

How do we get there?

Answer

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotels and the venue and encourage you to utilize it! However, if you are not staying at the hotel, you can drive to the venue where there is plenty of parking available.
