Teddy is Peter's older brother, and lives on Sanibel Island working toward becoming a pastor. Teddy is married to Allie and was the primary reason Peter became a nerd.

Mak and Heidi met in their freshmen girls Bible study at Marquette and were roommates their last 2 years of college. Mak lives in Milwaukee, WI with her husband, Cameron, is a talented singer (a skill she once used to write a song about Heidi wearing socks on her ears), and brings love and joy wherever she goes.

John is Heidi's younger brother, and a lover of the New England Patriots and the Boston Celtics. He is studying finance at the University of Notre Dame and is on their men's cross country and track team. To those who have known him since birth, John is better known as "John Dempsey" - 2.5-year old Heidi made sure that one stuck.

Gretchen is Peter's oldest sister, mom of four (5 & under), and a talented artist and photographer. She took some of the pictures on this website! She is married to Jesse and they live in Fargo, ND.

Kathryn is Peter's sister, mom of Nellie and #2 on the way, and baker of a killer chocolate pecan pie. She and her husband Nick live in northwest Wisconsin and hold down the fort with two golden retrievers.

Isaac was Peter's roommate for 3 years until he got married in 2022. He is currently an computer engineer in the Twin Cites and has a love for the outdoors. Throughout college, he was known for being almost as good as Peter in board games and sports alike.

Hannah is Heidi's friend through Cru - they spent a summer in Milwaukee and Greece together! Hannah and her husband, Shane, have only ever lived in states without Daylight Savings. They love super cool things though - Minecraft and Avatar: the Last Airbender!

Graham roomed with Peter for two years in college and is his current roommate soon to be replaced by Heidi. He is on staff with Cru at the University of Minnesota and loves to spend his time doing puzzles in the living room.

Izzi is one of Heidi's college friends through Cru at Marquette. You can always count on Izzi for encouragement, prayer, and even a goofy joke. She is currently studying to become a Physician's assistant at High Point University in North Carolina.

Luke was Peter's roommate for 3 years in college and is working in the twin cities as an engineer. He got married just this last January. Luke is able to solve a rubrics cube in 14 seconds and can balance a chair on his chin... wow very cool.

Craig is Peter's first friend - they were introduced way back in 1999. Growing up they were always in the same small groups at church, and went on many mission trips together.

Kyle and Peter went high school together and after that the same collage. In high school when Kyle and Peter were both captains of the swim team it was officially determined by vote that Peter was in fact the faster swimmer.
