Why Bishop?

Answer

Bishop is a meaningful location for both Heidi and Obiel. They've spent several weeks climbing at beautiful spots around the city. It was both their first trip ever taken together and their first vacation after their elopement. There is also lots to do for all ages within the quaint town little town.

Is food provided?

Answer

Heidi and Obiel will be provided a light "climber lunch" and a heftier dinner. Climber Lunch: a casual picnic with the foods Heidi and Obiel often eat on their climbing trips in Bishop. Dinner: provided at Back Alley Bowling and Grill. (Heidi's family clued them into the gem a couple of years ago and told them they had the "best steaks in the world.") Find more information about these events in the "SCHEDULE" and "RSVP" sections.

What do I wear?

Answer

For the picnic, wear semi-casual, warm, and comfortable clothes. Think of a warm fall sweater or down jacket, jeans, and booties. For the Disco Party, please bring a fun DISCO themed outfit! The crazier and tackier the better!!

Can I stay longer?

Answer

Many parties will be adding on a few extra days to the weekend since we are close to Mammoth as well as other vacation destinations. Contact the hotel you're staying with to add extra nights to your stay.
