When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 12th, 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving at 5 PM, with the ceremony to start at 5:30. Snacks and refreshments will be available. Reception will follow immediately after the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see everyone in their finest! Outdoor cocktail attire is requested. We suggest ocean sunset colors; blues, greens, lavender or peach. As it is an outdoor event, ladies might consider wearing flats or wide base heels. Heaters and blankets will be available.

Can I bring a date?

Yes, we encourage you to bring a plus one and children! Please indicate the number in your party when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please bring your little cuties. Please be advised there will be alcohol at the reception, as well as a separate smoking area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know when RSVP'ing if you have any serious allergies (ie nut allergies), we are more than happy to accommodate. There will be non-dairy and low citrus options available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is private parking for the ceremony location. Please DO NOT park in the Sue-Meg Village Day-Use Parking area. We are located down the road just to the right of that lot. We encourage carpooling if convenient. Any one camping will be parking in the private lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have special transportation available. If you need a ride, please reach out and we will be happy to arrange carpooling with family or wedding party members.
