June 20, 2024 please
after 4pm - the ceremony begins at 4:30pm
Fun Fact: Susan attended Holy Names high school and never went to prom so we're inviting you all to join us in Prom Chic attire. We encourage you to dust off that old tux or prom dress, thrift or shop for vintage digs in the era of your prom or the era of party wear you love the most.
Due to limited seating capacity, we cannot provide plus ones (or with families) for everyone. Your electronic invitation will list the invited members of your family/group. We love your kids and strongly believe no wedding is complete without some kids on the dance floor. Please make sure to RSVP for all members of your family so we can prepare age appropriate fun. Thank you for understanding.
Yes. We are planning a wedding that is friendly for all age groups. Your electronic invitation will list all invited members of your family and we leave it up to you if want to bring your kiddos.
If you plan on staying in the area, we recommend booking an AirBnb in Alameda or Oakland. If you're looking for a hotel the Claremont Club and Spa in the Berkeley hills, is very close to the wedding site, and is fancy and pet friendly! The Waterfront Hotel - JDV by Hyatt is in Jack London Square, right across the estuary from Alameda and walking distance to many breweries, restaurants and our favorite wine bar Minimo.
If you are driving your car please drive around to back campus. Back campus will be open for self parking and can be accessed by driving through the gate on Morpeth Street. If you are being dropped off by a car service, give the driver the main school address 4660 Harbord Drive. They should access the one-way, front driveway off of Dulwich Road and you can be dropped at the front steps at the top of the driveway.
