Wedding

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Following the ceremony in the auditorium we will gather on back campus for a cocktail reception. Snacks will accompany cocktail hour and after a welcome toast dinner will begin! There will not be assigned seating for dinner. We invite you to linger on back campus near the bar, sit down in the cafeteria to eat, get a prom photo taken, make art in the social hall or join the party on the dance floor in the gym. We will make an announcement so you know when dessert is available and for last call at the bar. Holy Names High School has generously offered their faculty lounge for us to use as our Family Lounge. This space will be open for the duration of the reception if you are looking for a quiet space to nurse, change or just chill with your little ones.

BBQ in the Park

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Please note: we shifted to a new (slightly larger) Alameda park location. We will gather at the bbq area behind the softball field at Upper Washington Park. There's a playground, bathrooms, dog park, basketball courts and we will be walking distance to Crab Cove and Alameda Beach. Bring your kids, bring your dogs, bring something to grill, snacks to share, a bottle of wine - whatever you'd like. We will have all the compostable supplies, condiments, hot dogs, beer, wine and whatever the families feel like cooking. We hope to see you there! Parking is on the street or in the small (often busy) lot by the dog park/tennis courts.
