When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 25th, 2025 is the last day to RSVP! If you do not RSVP in time, we will not be including space for you in our wedding. Please do not respond "yes" if you are unsure about your plans. We have a lot of people we want at our special day and would like to extend the invitation to others if you will not be there.

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is a NO KIDS wedding :) Unless otherwise told, please do not bring your kids with you. There will not be any accommodations for children

Can I bring a plus one or someone that is not listed on the invitation?

Answer

Due to the limited space at our wedding, those named on the invitation are the only ones we have accommodated space for.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

What are the wedding colors and theme?

Answer

Since it is a late October wedding, we have decided to go with a more "gothic-meets-rustic" vibe, where the colors are black, red, white and gold accents. Yes, guests are allowed to wear black attire!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire please :) The ceremony will take place outdoors so ladies, think about wearing block heels!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking space on the premises. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are in the same area so there is no need to drive anywhere once you arrive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, please indicate food allergies so we can notify the caterer.

Is there a shuttle option?

Answer

YES! There will be a bus shuttle leaving 13513 Mountcastle Rd Chesterfield VA 23832 to arrive at the ceremony on time and will be leaving around 10pm once the couple makes their exit! If interested, please let us know during your RSVP!
