If on-site accommodations are not suitable for you, we have a block of 7 Arrowhead studios and 13 two-bedroom Bearclaw cabins reserved at Sun Outdoors, about 25-minutes away. This block will be released on April 14th, so please book in advance by calling Sun Outdoors and requesting your preferred accommodation under the "Walter Wedding 2024" block.

Flight
Denver International Airport (DIA)
We recommend our out-of-state friends and family fly into DIA. From there, you can either rent a car (2.5 hour drive), or take the Light Rail directly from DIA to Union Station in Downtown Denver (https://www.denver.org/about-denver/transportation/denver-airport-rail/) and then transfer to the Amtrak which will take you to Granby. See details below for pre-booking your Amtrak ticket.

If you prefer not to rent a car, you can pre-book a train ticket on Amtrak’s California Zephyr (https://www.amtrak.com/california-zephyr-train) which goes directly to Granby from Union Station in downtown Denver (about a 2.5-hr ride). If you do decide to take the train and need help coordinating a ride from the Granby train station to the Ranch, please let us know ahead of time.

If you'd prefer to rent your own van or RV to extend your trip, we've rented vans through Outdoorsy before and made a great road-trip vacation out of it! You can book one of the camping or RV sites to stay at Arapahoe Valley Ranch with us.
