Heather and Mike met at CrossFit Pax. Timing could not have been any more perfect. Mike was attending and coaching the mid morning classes due to his unique work schedule. Heather had recently returned from playing soccer in the Philippines and was also able to attend the mid morning classes. Mike caught wind of Heather's soccer background and asked her to play on his coed team. After the first game, they went on a date to The Lighthouse. A year later, Mike recreated this first date but this time he got a kiss. He also got a "Yes! Of course!" when he asked Heather to marry him.
