Will we be able to watch the wedding ceremony online?

Answer

Is there transportation provided to the wedding venue?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the Hyatt, where the wedding block is. The transportation will be running continuously throughout the night until the end of the reception from the hotel to the venue. For the wedding, the bus will be leaving the Hyatt at 4:20pm and 4:35pm to transport all guests to the venue by 4:45pm. Please be mindful of the time and make sure you are on one of these shuttles.

What precautions are the event venue, The Addison, taking for COVID?

Answer

- Every team member required to wear masks - Temperatures are taken daily and logged - Team has been split into 2 groups to ensure that each team does not work with members of another team - Gloves are worn when handling food, alcohol, flatware, plat and stemware - Table services changes: Server passed bread, individual butter servings, salt and pepper offered tableside - Disposable menus and sanitizer wipes at each place setting - Multiple hand wash and sanitizing stations - One point of entry/exit with a host providing guests with masks and checking temperatures - LED lights in HVAC system, medical grade cleaning and EPA approved products - Bathroom attendants and staff cleaning touch surfaces throughout event at least every 30 minutes Please see below videos: - Addison Covid-19 Protocol https://mediazilla.com/2BH5ZOojCq - Covid-19 Table Setting https://mediazilla.com/b5ipw95G9f

If I feel uncomfortable, can I attend the wedding ceremony and not the wedding reception?

Answer

The venue is allowing guests to attend the wedding ceremony and not the wedding reception. If you choose to do this, please contact the hosts, Heather or Lars, so that we can represent the guest count for the ceremony and reception accordingly.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm.

Please refer to your invitation to see how many seats will be reserved under your name. Our venue capacity is limited right now and keeping our numbers as is will be very important.
