🕰️ Wedding Day’s Schedule 9 AM- Out-of-towners and Ft Worth friends arrive at 3708 Welwyn Way Drive. 10 AM -Leave Bedford to drive to Lometa- one stop along the way. 1:00 PM – ALL GUESTS-Arrive & Mingle 3926 County Road 2730 Lometa, Texas 76853 ( Kenny and Heather's house/ranch) Allow time to park, say hello, and settle in. Guests will be seated on bales of hay inside the arena. Don't worry, the hay bales will be covered with pads for comfort. 2:00 PM – Ceremony on Horseback (in the arena) We’ll exchange vows, share a few laughs, and chase a steer to celebrate — the Meeks way. 3:00 PM – Barbecue, good company, and plenty of Texas hospitality. Grab a drink, visit, and enjoy the ranch. 4:00 Roping begins Watch our friends and family throw a loop and catch a steer or two! 5:00 Vans leave for Lampasas. Those who want to continue the party can head out and enjoy the local nightlife: Saloon 37

Vans driving guests back to DFW and Bedford
Sunday Travel – April 26, 2026 The vans will transport our out-of-town guests back to the DFW area on Sunday morning. Please try to book return flights after 4:00 PM to allow for a relaxed travel day. And if timing allows, we may even make a fun stop at a winery on the way home to wrap up the weekend in style.
