Food will be provided by the wonderful, award-winning chefs at 'Foray Catering'.
Canapés will be served upon arrival at Holesfoot. However, we advise guests to have a large breakfast on the morning of the big day.
WEDDING BREAKFAST
Starter
- Smoked ham hock terrine, piccalilli, crisp bread, and roast apple ketchup; or
- Baked beets, whipped feta, candied pecans, pomegranate dressing, and mint (V)
Main
- Corn fed chicken breast, confit leek, pancetta wrapped greens, wild mushroom ketchup, smoked chicken jus, and roast garlic potato; or
- Slow cooked beef featherblade, horseradish creamed potatoes, herb glazed carrot, watercress verde and thyme jus; or
- Pot roast miso cauliflower, hen of the woods mushrooms, black garlic peppercorn sauce, young Leeks, and wild garlic emulsion (V)
Dessert
- 55% Dark chocolate delice, spiced pineapple, and passion fruit curd
