Covid-19 Concerns

Answer

We ask for our guests to have a negative Covid-19 test result within a few days of the Wedding date. If possible, a PCR test is preferred as its more reliable.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Please contact us if you have already RSVP'd yes and need to change it.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The entire wedding ceremony and reception will be Outdoors! Please dress appropriately as it could be cloudy or rainy, but also can be a lovely 75 degrees and sunny during the day. There will be heat lamps and a small fire pit at the venue.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail attire - The weather in the Bay area and the woods of Saratoga get cold, so bring layers. For shoes, thick heels or flats are recommended.

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking and parking attendants will show you where to park as you come in.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

There will be small appetizers during the cocktail hour as well as self-serve beer, wine and a Boba bar! The dinner will be a buffet of Veggie pasta, Chicken Milano, salads and roasted potatoes.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MappilyEverAfter so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We do ask that the ceremony be unplugged, all phones and devices turned off.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

No. We recommend using Lyft or utilizing the parking at the venue. There is limited cell service, but there will be WIFI available at the bar.
