When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please mail your RSVP postcard back to us no later than February 15. We have a lot of vendors waiting on our final guest count, and we'd hate to be short a chair or a meal!

Can I invite someone not on my invitation?

Answer

Please limit your party to only those names included on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What are the COVID-19 protocols?

We kindly ask that all guests be fully vaccinated and boosted. Masks are encouraged but not required. If you have questions or concerns, please email us at clancycaswellwedding@gmail.com.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 11:45 AM, since the ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 PM. We'd hate for you to miss it!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail dresses, blouses and slacks, or sports coats and trousers. We recommend packing an umbrella and light jacket, as Pennsylvania weather is notoriously unpredictable!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Free parking is available on site. The venue is accessible to those in wheelchairs.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer
