Serena is Heather’s daughter. “I knew from the moment I first held her (scared as hell at 16 years old) that she was going to forever change my life. For her I would always try to do better, be better, and come out of hard times resilient. She was my first true love, this little soul who loved me unconditionally since birth and has never made me feel anything but proud. I am so glad she’s old enough to stand beside me on my wedding day, and I can’t wait to see her on hers.” -Heather

Mother of the Bride
My mama has been my friend since the day I was born. Even though I made her a grandma at the young age of 40 she never made me feel like I was anything short of amazing. I have had her as a role model, and she's always showed me that women can do whatever we set our minds to. We have experienced loss, battled her through breast cancer and overcame so much in life. I cant thank you enough mama for always pushing me to do better!
