Yes! Please visit the 'Travel' tab of our website to see hotel room block information.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to grab a cocktail and start mingling before the ceremony (and the waterworks!) begins.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Our reception is inside of a large barn with 30 ft ceilings. There are also large barn doors that we plan to open shortly after dinner.
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite formal attire! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting. The ceremony will be on the lawn (so plan shoes accordingly), the cocktail hour will be on the terrace, and reception will be inside. Temperatures will range between 70-85.
We have arranged for shuttle buses to take you to and from the wedding if you are staying at the hotels where we have reserved wedding blocks.
If you choose not to take the shuttle bus and drive separately, there is ample parking at the venue at no additional cost.
We love ALL of your children, however, we have decided to make this an adults-only 21+ celebration. We hope you understand! For those of you traveling with young kids, we have a trusted babysitter available for the wedding who would watch all the kids at a decided-upon hotel or Air BnB (decided amongst the parents). If you are planning to use a babysitter during the wedding, please contact the Mother of the Bride, Gena at (609) 532-2073 or genawhitney@comcast.net and let her know by the RSVP date, April 1st, so we can book and coordinate the babysitter and location.
Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
You can contact the Mother of the Bride, Gena Whitney at (609) 532-2073 or genawhitney@comcast.net or Maid of Honor, Maddie Whitney at (609) 414-5776.
