Dressy Casual! This is a big day for us, and we'll be in our finest threads. We want you to be comfortable, and we'd love it if you want to get a little dressy in celebration of our day!
The Headlands Center for the Arts is a beautiful site, housed within artist-renovated 1907 era army barracks, and situated within the 2,100 windswept acres of hills, cliffs, coves, and beaches that make up the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
The Headlands Center for the Arts is located at 944 Simmonds Drive in Sausalito, a lovely drive, about 25 minutes from Tiburon. Depending on weekend traffic, it can take more than an hour from San Francisco, so please plan accordingly. More information and mapping from your location available here: http://www.headlands.org/visit/hours-location/ . Parking is available. For those guests who prefer not to drive, we will provide shuttles from The Lodge at Tiburon, leaving at 3:15 and 3:30, and then taking guests back to the Lodge in the evening.
Please arrive by 4:00pm
We have invited as many people as the building can accommodate, so if your invitation says "and guest," then please do let us know who is coming with you, and if not, then we'd prefer you came by yourself.
We love your kids, but given the historic nature of the building, and the focus of our ceremony and celebration, we are interested in an adults-only celebration. Plus, we'd love for parents to have the night off to celebrate! Let us know if this makes attending difficult for you, because we really do want to see you there!
Yes, many of our family members will be staying at The Lodge at Tiburon https://www.lodgeattiburon.com/. Please ask for the Franklin-O'Connor block rate. We can also recommend Aqua Hotel http://www.marinhotels.com/acqua-hotel/home
Of course. All food at the wedding will be completely vegan, but if you have an allergy to something like nuts or gluten, please do let us know in your RSVP.
Please let us know if you can come by September 20, by clicking on the RSVP link.
We're so glad you are coming to celebrate with us and enjoy the Bay Area. Please check our THINGS TO DO page for suggestions of some of our favorite places and things to do here.
