For all of our out of town guests or anyone who wants to play it safe and stay overnight, we have reserved a block of special rate rooms at Hotel Indigo in Waco from Friday, 9/20 to Sunday, 9/22. You must use the link below to book at our special rate.
Our venue in Axtell is about 25 minutes from downtown Waco, 15 from Bellmead, and 40 from Hillsboro. There are tons of Airbnbs, VRBOs, and nearby camping grounds within Waco, but there are a few in Axtell if you can snag them.
