Wedding Ride & Celebration

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Guests are invited to dress in Western cocktail, horseback ride appropriate attire. We recommend nice denim or tailored pants, blouses or button-downs, and riding boots. We recommend bringing sun protection (sunglasses; hat) and packing a light jacket for changing mountain weather. Long pants are strongly encouraged. Dresses, skirts, and open-toed shoes are not advised.

Transportation will be provided from the following locations: Willits Location - Element Hotel at 2:30 Basalt Location - 22860 Two Rivers Rd, Basalt at 2:45 Aspen Location - Aspen Recreation Center at 3:10 From there, guests will taken by bus to Maroon Bells Outfitters at T Lazy 7 Ranch. Guests will take a guided horseback ride through the Maroon Bells Wilderness to the East Maroon Portal, where the wedding ceremony will take place outdoors. Following the ceremony, we will enjoy dinner in the mountains and fireside (as fire restrictions allow). Transportation will be provided from East Maroon Portal back to Aspen, Basalt and Willits at the conclusion of the evening; no return ride on horseback is required. (We will coordinate with the individuals directly who expressed their inability to horseback ride due to medical reasons and provide alternate transportation to the ceremony and dinner.)
