When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by October 1 using the RSVP section of our site.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Yes! Please be sure to include their name when you RSVP on the site.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you need a sitter we strongly recommend using one of the following: Kids Spa Austin: https://www.kidspa.com/ Fairy Godsitters: https://fairygodsitters.com/ or GrandparentsUnlimited: https://www.grandparentsunlimited.com/services.html

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

No, we did not secure a room block because there are SO many amazing options in Austin! From boutique hotels to luxury Airbnb homes and condos; the options are pretty much endless. Check out the Travel section of the site to see some recommendations near the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the service?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation for wedding guests; however, you can use discount code XXXX to use for Ride Austin, Austin's local rideshare service. Please reference the Travel page for all the info you need. Also if you are feeling real adventurous you can always take one of the many scooters you will see around town.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available at the venue; however, spaces are extremely limited (we're talking maybe 4 spots). We recommend using a ride share service, such as Ride Austin to ensure you get a seat for the ceremony; otherwise, it will be standing room.

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at The Gather - Monroe: 411 W Monroe St, Austin, TX 78704

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m on November 16. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose (but not TOO loose... you know what we mean)! And think layers - Austin weather tends to ebb and flow much like San Francisco weather so a jacket or cardigan might come in handy.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Yes, but this won't be your typical sit-down dinner. There will be passed hors d'oeuvres, food displays, dessert, and an open bar for your enjoyment. Vegetarian, gluten free, and nut free options will be available for those with dietary restrictions.

Will there be dancing and other entertainment?

Answer

Did Phillip and Hayley go through an awkward puberty phase?? Of course there will be dancing! As well as other surprises for you to enjoy. We want you to feel comfortable and loved so come as you are and dance the night away with us!
