Transportation
Answer
Transportation to the hotel is included in your booking. Upon arrival, look for the "Palace Resorts" sign when you walk out of the Cancun airport. Give them your reservation name and let them know you're here for the Clarke wedding, and they will arrange your travel to the resort.

Room check-in
Answer
Check-in is available at any time upon arrival at the resort, with rooms typically ready at 3pm. The resort will store and deliver your luggage to your room when ready. Feel free to arrive prior to the room being ready and start making use of all Moon Palace has to offer. *Pro tip - this is a great time to grab lunch or change into your carry-on swimsuit and hit the pool*

Moon Palace Cancun is an all-inclusive resort featuring fine gourmet dining and unlimited premium drinks. Enjoy pristine beaches, a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, a world-class spa, exotic tours, the best nightly entertainment, and super-fun areas for kids. Download the Palace app on your phone to get access to maps, room-service, entertainment schedule and more! If you would like to book an excursion during your stay, please speak to your concierge to schedule. You can also request a taxi from any of the hotel main entrances. The resort is set away from the downtown Cancun area. When leaving the hotel for anything other than your departure, please be sure to adhere to local safety guidelines.

What to wear

Wedding dress code can be found on the schedule page. Some restaurants have dress codes, be sure to check what they are when packing. See below: Smart Casual: Gentlemen are required to wear long pants or tailored shorts, and shirts with sleeves. Please be aware that beach attire, logo t-shirts, sportswear, loungewear, tracksuits, caps, flip flops, water shoes, sports trainers and bare feet are not permitted. Formal: Gentlemen may wear slacks, tailored shorts or jeans. Please be aware that distressed/ripped denim jeans, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, and plastic sandals/flip flops are not permitted.

Where to spend time
Answer
During your stay, you will have full access to both the Nizuc and Sunrise resorts. Both resorts have large pools, international buffets, specialty restaurants, entertainment and more. Lobby to lobby busses are available, in addition to golf carts that stop at various locations around the resort. If you are interested in visiting the third resort, The Grand, please speak with a concierge about purchasing a day pass.
