This is the most affordable hotel. There is a 2 night minimum with a room block rate of $305.15/night. The room block rate expires on August 12, 2022. You can book a room in the room block on the website, or by calling the hotel directly. *They cannot honor the room block rate with points. We will have transportation to/from HOJO to Newport Beach House on October 1. HOJO also has a complimentary shuttle for guests, and can be used to attend the welcome party downtown at the Landing on September 30.

Atlantic Beach Hotel Newport

Atlantic Beach Hotel is literally across the street from the Newport Beach House. (Even in heels) this is easily walking distance to and from the venue, and Tickets (after party). This hotel is a ~5 minute walk to brunch on Sunday AM. Call the hotel directly to book within the room block. The room block closes on 7/30/2022. $398/night. 2 night minimum stay is required. You will save 10% off at our after-party with your room key (Tickets). **Please note, transportation is not provided on Friday evening to the Landing. We recommend getting an uber from this location, or driving downtown.

Newport Marriott

Where our points party people at?! Marriott lovers unite. Downtown Newport, and they accept points.. just don't offer room blocks. Book directly with Marriott/your points platform. Aside from using points, there are better hotels for a lower price point, and or similar cost in the Newport area that we would recommend.

Boujee & no room blocks. This is new, and on the higher end for Newport if you are looking for a boutique hotel experience. This has great reviews.
