Welcome Drinks & Lite Bites

This event is casual cocktail attire. We have reserved tables inside.

We recommend everyone stay at B&B HOTEL Fulda-Hbf hotel this evening (link in the travel section). Our welcome drinks event is within walking distance of this hotel. Additionally, we'll pick up all of our out-of-town guests at this hotel on the afternoon of our wedding to transport everyone to our wedding venue which is about a 45-minute drive from Fulda.

This event is cocktail/semi-formal. The castle has a cobblestone courtyard and a grassy garden, please consider for your shoe choices.

Our wedding venue has a hotel on site. The shuttle from Fulda will arrive here in time for check-in around 2:00 PM. Guests should be mostly ready before they get on the shuttle, with just enough time for checking in and a quick change before the ceremony. Everyone will be sleeping here after the reception. Please book your hotel room directly with the venue (link in the travel section).

Farewell Breakfast

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Wear what you like

We'll provide breakfast at the castle for everyone to have some lite bites and say their goodbyes. Checkout for the hotel is at 11:00 AM. We'll schedule a shuttle to pick everyone up around this time to transport all out-of-town guests to Frankfurt Intl Airport (about an hour drive).
